Dina Meyer is an New York native who was brought up within Forest Hills Queens. She moved to Dix Hills Long Island just before she finished her senior high school. Dina Meyer is the younger sibling of Gregory, and has an older brother called Evan. In the years between nine to 16 Her first introduction to the business world was when she started modeling. Her acting career began in The Neighborhood Playhouse, New York. She was a student of Sanford Meisner's techniques alongside Ron Stetson for three years. Sandra Bullock received similar training, along with Michael Douglas and Jeff Goldblum. Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton are among those actors who've received the same type of instruction. Her first performance came with Beverly Hills 90210. This led to her relocating to Los Angeles. The first film she appeared in was Johnny Mnemonic. She did all the stunts of this film, which made her an accomplished athlete and actor. The talent agent she worked with was also representing Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent she was able to score a recurring role on Friends.
